1. What information do we collect?

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when participating in activities on the Services or otherwise contacting us.

Personal Information you provide to us. We collect first name, last name, email address, phone number via our contact forms which allow you to subscribe for a workshop.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. In Short: In some regions, such as the European Economic Area, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information. You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.

In some regions (like the European Economic Area), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure; (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information; and (iv) if applicable, to data portability. In certain circumstances, you may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information. To make such a request, please use the contact details provided below. You will be notified about data breaches when LiveBlueprints believes you are likely to be at risk or harm. For example, a data breach may be likely to result in serious financial harm or harm to your mental well-being. In the event that LiveBlueprints becomes aware of a security breach which has resulted or may result in unauthorized access, use or disclosure of personal information LiveBlueprints will promptly investigate the matter and notify the applicable Supervisory Authority not later than 72 hours after having become aware of it, unless the personal data breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.

11. Controls for do-not-track features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.

12. Do we make updates to this Privacy Policy?

In Short: Yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
